Motivating factors for young managers

All of us get motivated by different things. The Hierarchy of Needs theory by Maslow stays valid for understanding people’s motivation and personal development. Nowadays Maslow's ideas stated in the Hierarchy of Needs about the responsibility of employers to give workplace that makes it possible for employees to perform their potential are very appropriate. Unlike the normal perception that the money is the most important motivating factor, a survey of young managers showed the following results:
